Downloading Overview: Please temporarily disable your anti-virus software and your firewall before attempting to download your template. Otherwise, the template will be corrupted. The result will be a 0 mb zip file on your computer instead of your template. Remember to re-activate it again immediately after the download is complete. Opening our template will consist of five steps: First, create a new folder on the main drive "C" of your computer . When you create the folder, name it "Heritage". Second, download all of the files including the E-zip Wizard, the instructions, the extra files and the compressed templates into it. That way, you will be able to quickly locate the unzipping program and the templates on your computer. Third, after you download everything, install the E-zip Wizard and open it. Locate the template, double click on it to begin the unzipping process. Fourth, Unzip the template into the Heritage folder. Click (double-click) on the uncompressed template to start up the version of Microsoft Publisher or Microsoft Word that is on your computer. Fifth, create your keepsake. Our templates are guaranteed to work smoothly for every customer with the correct software installed on their computer. If you see garbled text, or get error messages when attempting to open the template then, either you did not order the correct template or you do not have the software needed to open the template installed on your computer. Check your computer and use the following links to troubleshoot the download or troubleshoot your installation. Our templates will not display correctly for international customers unless you change your page layout and paper size settings from A4 to USA letter size.
