Normal Shipping Schedule and Deadlines NOTE: When you are calculating the number of days from shipping to delivery at your home, use business days only - do not include holidays or weekends!! UPS does not move packages on weekends or holidays. In stock merchandise orders: our merchandise and the templates on cd ship out 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Allow 7-10 business days for delivery depending upon your location. This "ship from" locations does not have a daily UPS pick up. It may take 3-5 business days to process an order and 7-10 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping is available. Please notify us if you need your order by a certain date or within three days of placing the order. There are additional charges for expedited or international shipping. We will calculate the cost and send you a secure invoice. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii Puerto Rico, and Guam: The bulk of shipping to these states / territories is done by United States Postal Service or DHL. UPS to Hawaii and some parts of Alaska is not costly and is our preferred method of shipping whenever possible. Please allow 3 business days for processing and 7-21 business days for Priority Mail receipt - especially to remote locations in Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii. Expedited shipping is available and recommended for orders placed five days or less before a holiday. Hawaii and Alaska: in spite of the info on the post office website, allow at least 60-120 business days for a priority mail to arrive at your destination especially if you are ordering after Nov. 1st. Insurance and a signature will be required.
Expedited shipping to USA Destinations: our current shopping cart does not collect the additional amount for international or expedited shipping. A separate payment for international or expedited shipping is required and your order will be shipped by USPS Global Priority, Global International or Global International Express. Expedited international shipping is available and recommended for Christmas orders placed after 11/01 (November 1st.) Go here for more information regarding expedited shipping of a USA order. Shipping to International Destinations: Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. UPS does deliver to Canada in most instances cheaper than USPS, faster and with tracking. Global Priority Mail or International Express shipping to the UK, Europe, Canada and Australia, Puerto Rico, Guam allow 60-90 business days for receipt. Order before November 1st to facilitate a timely delivery.
Military Destinations: All shipments to our brave men and women serving overseas in the military must go by the United States Post Office. Go here for information regarding sending packages to the military on our site. It includes mailing dates and tips for addressing military parcels. - United States Postal Service: http://www.usps.com. Ignore the delivery time info on the post office website. In our experience you need to allow at least 2-4 weeks for shipment take to arrive at any international destination including Canada.
None of the carriers that we use ( UPS, USPS, DHL or FedEx) will guarantee Christmas delivery on any order shipped by the above methods after the above dates. If you are ordering after 12/15, we strongly recommend expedited shipping for guaranteed delivery before
