Financial information that is collected is used to bill you for products and services. That information is removed from the computers which process sales immediately after the sale is approved. If you sign up for and agree to a membership service that features recurring billing, we keep that information on file as long as you are a member. In that event, it is destroyed one year after recurring billing is cancelled or membership is not renewed. Otherwise, all unnecessary financial information is destroyed after one year.
