We will send your template cd, complete instructions for assembling your keepsake and any extras promised on our site or a Family Life Gift by UPS (United Parcel Service) A signature will be required at delivery.. The location from which this item ships does not have a daily UPS pickup. However, in general, orders ship 3-5 days after we receive notice that it has been placed. Please allow 5-7 days for transit.
