Make your own graduation announcements without compromising style or correct format! Our templates will help you get the job done in less time, for much less money than commercially printed invitations. The announcements are in a formal layout. However, any graduation announcement that you print yourself is considered to be informal. Which, of course, gives you the freedom to be creative. Depending upon the colors you choose, the fonts you select and the paper you use for printing, you can achieve as professional a look as the graduation announcements produced by your school! Announcements can be adapted for any gradation: high school, college, trade/technical school or grad school matriculations. If you were the sponsor or support for a graduate and have "bragging rights" you can use our templates too. Just swap out our text, insert your names and print. The outside covers are the same. But, the inside can be laid out in three different formats: a photo layout inside left, a verse only inside left or a graphic and a verse inside left page. Instructions for all three are included. Word templates: two (2):
As with all of our templates, you can change images, text and colors to suit your taste. Microsoft Clip Art Gallery (included with Word and Publisher) has quite a few academic images that you can use. And, more images are available at the Microsoft website in the clip art gallery. All of our templates require an IBM compatible computer with Microsoft Windows and either Microsoft Publisher 2K+ or Microsoft Word 2K+. Microsoft Publisher must be installed on your computer in order to open and use the templates. If you do not own it, go here for a list of retailers. The template will be delivered to you as a compressed file. A link is provided for the free unzipping software needed to uncompress the template. You'll get detailed instructions for downloading the files, opening the zipped templates and complete instructions for compiling your keepsake and the envelope. 21 inspirational verses are included with both template sets. Instructions for assembling your keepsake are in the General Instructions and/or in the keepsake template itself. Please read our Frequently Asked Questions before placing your order. Be sure you have enough room on your hard drive for the completed publication! Depending upon the amount of text and number of photos you add, it could be upwards of 5 MB.
