AOL:  

To facilitate the timely delivery of your download link (1) temporarily suspend the spam filter before you order and leave it off until after you receive the download link and successfully download your template. Or, (2) add our domain (family-heritage-templates.com) or our e-mail address to your AOL address book or (3) add it to your Buddy List.  Just to be on the safe side, do all three before you place your order.  Remember to restore your spam filter settings after you have completed your keepsake and no longer need to communicate with us. To add our address, do the following: 

  • Click on the "Address Book" in your e-mail settings or the address book connected with your Buddy List. 
  • Type in our e-mail address as it appears in the graphic below. Type only the text after "mailto:" and before the question mark "?". For example, you would type: "abc@abc.com" entering our e-mail address as shown below.
  • Then, click the "Add" button. When the contact window opens paste our e-mail address (from the above link) in the "Screen Name" field and click on the "Save" button.  
  • If you use AOL 9.0, add our email address to your "People I Know" folder.

If you do not get your download link, add our e-mail address to your address book then, notify us. We will send you a new download link.

EARTHLINK: 

Add our e-mail address to your Address Book. When using spam Blocker's highest security level, you must specify each email address and domain from which you want to receive email. If you add our email address or domain to your spam Blocker settings you will receive our emailed download page link in your inbox. If you do not, our message will go to your special "suspect email" folder instead. In that case, we will get a notice from Earthlink that the e-mail was rejected along with a link to notify you that we are trying to send you a message. We will make another attempt to deliver by clicking this link. 

If you did not get your template after ordering: read through your suspect e-mail folder. Your "suspect email" folder is accessible through Earth Link's desktop email software and through Web Mail. While viewing a message in the "suspect email" folder, you can click a button that will allow future messages from us to pass directly to your inbox. (In case you want to order again or need to correspond with us about your keepsake.)

If you do not get your download link, add our e-mail address to your address book then, notify us. We will send you a new download link.

OUTLOOK EXPRESS: 
  • The e-mail address is in the graphic below to frustrate the spammers scanning our website to steal e-mail addresses.
  • Clicking this special e-mail address link will open your e-mail software. An e-mail address will appear in the "To" line, your address will be on the "From" line and the subject will be completed as well. DO NOT SEND THE E-MAIL! 
  • Go to "Tools", select "Address Book", "New" and and select "New Contact" from the drop down menu".
  • Type in the e-mail address from the graphic below - everything after "mailto:" to the end. Do not include the quotes. Then, click the add button. (Because this is a graphic, you will not be able to copy and paste the address.)
  • Outlook Express will not let you save the e-mail address without assigning a name to the contact. Fill in the first name as "Family", last name as "Heritage". The remaining contact details can be left blank.
  • Click "Send e-mail as text only" and then "OK" to save.
If clicking the special address link above did not open your copy of Outlook Express follow these steps:
  • Our e-mail address is in the graphic below to frustrate the spammers scanning our website to steal the e-mail addresses.
  • Open your copy of Outlook Express from the icon on your desktop. Or, go to the "Start" button, select "Programs" then choose "Outlook Express".
  • Click "Create e-mail".
  • In the TO box, type in the e-mail address from the graphic below - everything after "mailto:" to the end. Do not include the quotes. Then, click the add button. (Because this is a graphic, you will not be able to copy and paste the address.)
  • Highlight and copy the address after you finish typing it. 
  • Go to "Tools", select "Address Book", "New" and choose "New Contact".
  • Paste our e-mail address in the e-mail address box. 
  • If the program requires you to assign a name to the contact, use "Family" as the first name and "Heritage" as the second name. Save and close.

WEB-BASED E-MAIL SERVICES: Create a new contact in your e-mail address book. Type our e-mail address, from the graphic above, into the contact properties area of your e-mail address book. If you need to name it, call it Family (first name) Heritage (second name).
Yahoo:  Add our e-mail address to your Address Book. Copy the address as it appears in the graphic above. Yahoo Mail: Check your bulk mail folder if you are expecting mail from us. If our e-mail is sent to your 'bulk' folder, open the message and click on the "this is not Spam" link next to the "From" field. If you do not get your download link, add our e-mail address to your address book then, notify us. We will send you a new download link. BTW, Yahoo will not accept our templates attached to an e-mail unless you change your e-mail settings first.
Mail City: Put our e-mail address on your Safe to receive list or in the Address Book. If you do not get your download link, add our e-mail address to your address book then, notify us. We will send you a new download link.
HotMail: Put our e-mail address in your Address Book. Or, place the domain name ( family-heritage-templates.com ) on your safe list. Click the "Options" link next to the main menu tabs on the home page. If you do not get your download link, add our e-mail address to your address book then, notify us. We will send you a new download link. BTW, Hotmail will not accept our templates attached to an e-mail. 

Netscape: Put our e-mail address in your Address Book. If you do not get your download link, try adding our e-mail address to your address book then, notify us. We will send you a new download link.

Other Internet Service Providers:  Add our e-mail address or our domain (family-heritage-templates.com) to your address book or contact list. If this option is not available, check to see if our e-mail was sent to your bulk or deleted mail folder. Move that message to your 'Inbox' or, forward the message to yourself.

Using an e-mail only service with a spam filter? Put our e-mail address on the "White list", "safe" list, "acceptable" list, your contact list, mailing list or address book. Remember to add everything in our e-mail address after the "mailto:" and before the question mark "?". If you do not get your download link, add our e-mail address to your address book then, notify us. We will send you a new download link.

Worried we might spam you? Don't be. We hate spam and never, ever send it. We may contact you once or twice a year to notify you of gift products or specials that we think might be of interest to you. If you receive an unsolicited e-mail that appears to come from Family Heritage Templates promoting a product we do not sell, or with an attachment (that is probably a virus or Trojan ) then, you are receiving "spam". If you removed the spam filter or firewall on your e-mail account in order to receive our template, remember to reactivate it after you complete your keepsake and no longer need to communicate with us. For extra protection, you can also remove our address from your address book, white list or approved sender list after you complete your keepsake and no longer need to correspond with us.

Because e-mail software varies widely among e-mail providers, we recommend contacting your ISP or e-mail providers'  customer service department for assistance with lowering your spam filter settings or adding our address to your address book.
