AOL:  AOL 9.0 Address Book  
  • open the Mail screen
  • select Mail Options in the dropdown menu
  • then, select Address Book from the resulting list
  • click on the Add button to get a new contact address card
  • type our e-mail address in the Screen Name field of the address card 
  • click "Save"  
  • close the new contact pop-up window
AOL Webmail Instructions
  • open the Mailbox screen
  • click on the Addresses tab
  • click the New dropdown menu
  • select New Contact
  • type our email address in the Screen Name box
  • click the Save button
EARTHLINK:  EarthLink Address Book
  • go to the Mail screen
  • click on the Address Book link to bring up the address book page
  • click Add on the address book
  • type our Email Address into the address book
  • click on Save.  
Google G-mail Address Book
  • can only add after an e-mail comes in
  • click on the Message from the sender
  • click "More Options" in the upper right hand corner of the message
  • click "Add Sender to Contacts List"  from the header of the email.
  • if successful, a confirmation message will be shown at the top of the page.
  • using Google2: click "add" (persons name) in the column under the Reply button

  • open the Mail screen
  • click the Contacts tab

  • type in the Email Address of the contact

  • open the Mail screen

  • type in our Email Address  
  • click Save Contact.
OUTLOOK EXPRESS Sending e-mail from Outlook Express
  • Clicking this special e-mail address link will open your e-mail software. An e-mail address will appear in the "To" line, your address will be on the "From" line and the subject will be completed as well. DO NOT SEND THE E-MAIL! 
  • Go to "Tools", select "Address Book", "New" and and select "New Contact" from the drop down menu".
  • Type in the e-mail address from the graphic below - everything after "mailto:" to the end. Do not include the quotes. Then, click the add button. (Because this is a graphic, you will not be able to copy and paste the address.)
  • Outlook Express will not let you save the e-mail address without assigning a name to the contact. Fill in the first name as "Family", last name as "Heritage". The remaining contact details can be left blank.
  • Click "Send e-mail as text only" and then "OK" to save.

OR,

  • Open your copy of Outlook Express from the icon on your desktop. Or, go to the "Start" button, select "Programs" then choose "Outlook Express".
  • Click "Create e-mail".
  • In the TO box, type in the e-mail address from the graphic below - everything after "mailto:" to the end. Do not include the quotes. Then, click the add button. (Because this is a graphic, you will not be able to copy and paste the address.)
  • Highlight and copy the address after you finish typing it. 
  • Go to "Tools", select "Address Book", "New" and choose "New Contact".
  • Paste our e-mail address in the e-mail address box. The graphic below frustrates spammers scanning the internet to steal e-mail addresses.
  • If the program requires you to assign a name to the contact, use "Family" as the first name and "Heritage" as the second name. Save and close.
EDU, .GOV: These addresses generally do not accept mail with an attachment or a clickable link. Please use your personal e-mail address on your order.
International: Please consult the set-up manual for your account or your webmaster.
Web- based e-mail: Create a new contact in your e-mail address book. Type our e-mail address, from the graphic below, into the contact properties area of your e-mail address book. If you need to name it, call it Family (first name) Heritage (second name).
Corporate e-mail servers
These addresses generally do not accept mail with an attachment or a clickable link. Please use your personal e-mail address on your order.
If you are having difficulty, we recommend contacting your ISP or e-mail providers'  customer service department for assistance with lowering your spam filter settings or adding our address to your address book.

Worried we might spam you? Don't be. We hate spam and never, ever send it. We may contact you once or twice a year to notify you of gift products or specials that we think might be of interest to you. If you receive an unsolicited e-mail that appears to come from Family Heritage Templates promoting a product we do not sell, or with an attachment (that is probably a virus or Trojan ) then, you are receiving "spam". DO NOT OPEN IT. DELETE IT. 

If you removed the spam filter or firewall on your e-mail account in order to receive our template, remember to reactivate it after you complete your keepsake and no longer need to communicate with us. You can also remove our address from your address book, white list or approved sender list after you complete your keepsake and no longer need to correspond with us.
